Prayer Request for Austin - age 15 (sad update at #3290)

More than two years ago, I asked for your prayers for my son, who was undergoing treatment for a malignant brain tumor. His treatment at the time, though physically brutal, was successful. However, Austin's cancer has returned, and he will be going back into radiation and chemo soon - he had surgery last week.

This is so hard - he pretty much missed Middle School with this, and now here goes High School. Pray for him to enjoy college...

I will tell you how God is working with me...now, everytime I even see the Dallas Cowboys logo..or hear the Cowboys mentioned...the FIRST thing I think about is Austin.

Of course thinking leads to praying...and so Austin is never far from my mind...since they are building the new Cowboys' stadium in my home city!!!

Prayers for you, too, Nancee....you are a wonderful, giving person for all you do for others.

We will certainly keep Austin, his doctors and nurses, and his family in our prayers. What a gallant young man!

PLEASE know that Austin is in our continual prayers. We pray for complete healing for this brave young man, comfort, freedom from all pain, and for his family as well.

Thank God that medical science is progressing at warp speed! It may be that progression that is benefiting Austin and all like him.
