The Christmas shopping season is upon us

I don't recognize "Christmas shopping season" as a sacred event, sorry.

Happy Thanksgiving, though.

I regard shopping at this time of year as penance. :) I am actively dreading having to go out this afternoon but I don't have a choice in the matter.
