There is no such thing as pure O3; and one would need an enclosed chamber to attain such a level with a half-life measured in seconds. Get outside yourself and into a physics book.

Its a joke, OP. You know: lab rats, exposed to massive levels of substance X not to be found in nature, get cancer, so we must ban substance X! Help, Help, call the class action lawyers!
