Yelling "GET UP" a thousand times is calm and professional? Threatening a girl with the taser for asking for his name and badge number is professional?

They don't have to ignore him, but if he was moving too slowly for them, they could have used the time to write him a citation for trespassing, for instance, or called home to see how the wife was doing. They didn't need to create an incident by falling for this creeps BS.
