The Belmont City Council voted unanimously last night to pursue a strict law that will prohibit smoking anywhere in the city except for single-family detached residences.

In other words, then: it's okay to smoke if you're financially well-off enough to own your home; but, if you happen to be living in an apartment./..

And mouthbreathers such as these regularly laud themselves, straightfaced, as "champions of the little guy," and the "economically disadvantaged?" And actually get other cretins to BELIEVE it -- ?!? :)

My thought exactly. So...does this mean we can bring back the property-ownership requirement for voting?
