Deputies alerted federal authorities and got an order to hold Palacios on suspicion of immigration violations. He had been removed from the U.S. at least three times after being convicted of child molestation and grand theft auto. We'll still get the same results. He'll be deported and waltz right back across our undefended border.

He SHOULD have been imprisoned, especially after the child molestation conviction. No wonder so many of them want to come across the border. They can do anyting they want without fear of suitable punishment.
