One thing everyone needs to do this week is to write down all the promises we can think of for each elected Democrat so we can compare results to promises. A lot of blue-dog Democrats were elected and now they will have to be monitored as to keeping their promises. I also plan on making notes on any that are not kept.

Morgan, why don't you start a thread that we can all add to?

I also think we should make the list not only of the promises of the Democrats, but also of the Republicans. I've got Lamar Alexander and Bob Corker for senators as well as Marsha Blackburn for representative, but I can also dig up stuff for Democrat Steve Cohen, who took the neighboring house district that Harold Ford vacated for his Senate run. Keeping track of what each of them did and didn't promise is obviously important, based on the results as well as the misinformation that was used this election cycle.

I plan on doing a list as much as I can. There are too many for anyone to cover them all. I have been running one on our senator, Ken Salazar, and I plan on keeping that up. More as I am able to do it and time permits.

I'm not sure if we can create a long term thread on something like this nor how to go about it. It's a good idea but I am unaware of how to do that on FR. If you have a suggestion, I'm all ears. Perhaps Mo1 or someone would be willing to maintain a database list of names where we could add things? I can but I don't have enough time to do it. I'm sorry.
