The Iraqi War did make a difference in Some Pubbies, but not for the most part,it was a Combination fo the Foley,Cunningham,Ney stuff broad casted 24-7 by the DBM,and the Minister with the Gay/Drug charges, plus the War negativity fomented by the DBM. It all goes back to McCain and CFR that was a boon to the Rats and the Media because they could legally and illegally rant and rave and not be called on it except for Conservative Talk Shows. I had a Nasty,Nasty old time Republican, former Marine talk the Democrat Talking points about the Republicans being nasty, negative and divisive, and then the next words out of his stupid obviously alcholic mouth was that he was not voting for Joe Negron because Foley is A FAG,and then he spewed venon about hating Bush,Cheney,Rumsfeld,Rice. I stopped him cold when I said to him that he just complained about the republicans being negative, but everything out of his mouth was vicious and negative. He sputtered, but had no answer. I finally said to him, "you are no Republican, you are a living, breathing example of a nasty Democrat",and that is when his wife looked very embarrassed and dragged him away. This is what the DBM has wrought, but this man was very prejudiced from the rest of our conversation he is an antisemitic, anti anything not white anglo saxon, and hopefully he will switch parties. Fortunately we are cleansing the Party of this type of nutcase.

When it comes to corruption there is a huge difference in the two parties. When one of our guys gets caught he leaves or we throw him under the bus.
When one of their guys gets caught he gets an all expenses vacation to cuba until the chatter blows over.
We need to change all that and right away.
Once we expose one of their corrupt guys, let's go with it forever just like they do us, we need not stop until the jail doors close.

You're probably right. In fact, you are right, I guess.
The point is that Bush did not feel that way and I don't think it was a cynical ploy to attract Mexican voters.
I just think it was obvious to him that we had a humongous bunch of people to deal with, the majority of whom arrived well before he did. If he would have just done the political thing and not expressed his feelings ...
But that is not him. He actually tells you what he thinks and does what he says he will do.
So his moral virtue is his political liability. Maybe you'd rather have Jon Cary. I would not.

Hi Samantha, all I've heard is that Jennings says the
under votes are unaccounted for. The lawyer she has in this
fight is the same guy that went to work for alGore in 2000.
I've talked to quite a few people that didn't vote for Vern
in the general because they didn't vote for him in the primary.
I told them that was one of the more ridiculous things I've ever
heard. At least they didn't vote for Jennings to spite Vern.
All in all this whole thing is surreal. It's like we're in
a parallel universe or sumpin'...LOL

I just listened to Biden(sen wannabe pres plugs) with stuffy stephy and they(biden/levin told us in no uncertain terms not to put up Bolton for the un. Never said why they don't like him, just that they don't like him, and they are allowed to get away with that, disgusting.
Of course stuffy stephy never asked why they didn't like him(bolton) just went on carrying the bucket of water.

I do not believe he said anything of the kind about the anti-Miers people. Prove it!
He never called the anti-immigration crowd a bunch of racists. Go ahead, prove that.
He never said he would veto CFR. We thought he would, but he never said it.
As to your other points, they are straw dogs.
What is a straw dog, anyway.
You had to be dishonest in your post in order to call Bush dishonest. That's unworthy of your name.

This is the perfect time. Since they brayed "Culture of Corruption", and "We're bringing ethics to Washington", it's time to show and tell. They can start by ethics rules in their own party.

We can start now by helping the media down it's already serious slide into oblivion by finally cancelling Subscriptions to your Daily Left wing rags. Read your Newspaper on line, and you hurt their circulation, they get no ad money, and you do not have newsprint all over everything.I have mixed feelings about this tactic since I work for a large paper company. <g>

From what McCrazy insinuated this morning, the President can appoint him by executive order.
Sounds good to me. Bolton has been the very best thing to happen to the UN since Kirkpatrick!

Thanks, Alas, for all you do! Reporting for duty. Although, it was very difficult to come back from mass to find Howard Dean and his best friend Chris Wallace on Fox and not start screaming at the TV.

I only hope all of us have learned lesson from this go round.

No matter how corrupt the dems are, the media will be calling them paragons of virtue. We'd best not rely on the truth to be our ally.
