The real meaning of this is a warning that if Bush adheres to principals he will be accused of partisanship. Dems and their MSM allies will paint their positions as principled and the Presidents as partisan. Start now taking the high ground. Stand on principle and be deaf to calls for expediency.

The President needs to remember what and who got him to the White House, and stick to the conservative agenda, then accuse the house and senate dummocrats of "holding America hostage and partisan politics." He needs to get off the first shot and keep going. Ending his term by kissing democrat butt is not how he should be remembered and it's not how I want to remember him.
