I call BS on this.

I bought a Sirius radio installed from them a couple of years ago. Last week, the mount came loose, so I took it back and asked them to fix it.

I went to pay and the guy said, forget it!

So I tipped him 10 bucks.

If I were you I would keep buying from Best Buy. I have had the opposite experience from Best Buy on more than one occasion. I no longer want any of their products.
