Best Buy has announced they will be using "Happy Holidays" this coming Christmas shopping season, and they will not be using "Merry Christmas."
Dawn Bryant, a spokeswoman at Best Buy Co. Inc., says their advertising will not be using the term "Merry Christmas." "We are going to continue to use the term holiday because there are several holidays throughout that time period, and we certainly need to be respectful of all of them," Bryant said. Send it to Bill O'Reilly. He said he will be publically outting the companies who do this again this season.

Fry's on line web site stinks. However, the store is clearly the Best electronics store I have ever been to. Highly recommend you going if you ever get a chance.

I just went to a Fry's for my first time last Wednesday. Wow what an awesome store. I was blown away when I saw how big it was. Makes Best Buy and Comp USA look like nothing.
To: TADSLOS
they are overpriced, and Fry's electronics sucks big time. I won't go ther either.

I did:
Twas the night before Christmas
And all through Best Buy.
The quiet was deafening
The cashiers asked why
The store was so empty
of shoppers with cash
It's cause little Dawn
Gave the Christians a bash.
now Christmas at Best Buy
will end with a NO SALE splash.

Used to be the ads for Christmas Song compilation albums were the first sign of the holidays.
Now it seems to be the so-and-so bans Christmas article.
Seems like I just finished deleting all the boycott chain e-mails only yesterday....

I was just getting ready to post the very same comment you did! That's the best way to deal with it. Maybe next year they'll think differently.

"We are going to continue to use the term holiday because there are several holidays throughout that time period, and we certainly need to be respectful of all of them," Bryant said. Several? Is three several?
There is one Christian holiday (Christmas), one Jewish holiday (Chanukka) , and one Socialist holiday (Kwanzaa). Am I missing any others?
