Everyone who is blaming the "conservative protest non-vote" is correct of course; however, denying the reality of human nature isn't going to fix the problem. We should be focusing on why the base was so demoralized that we now have San Fran Nan imposing her neo-comm values on the rest of us.

I agree with your assessment. I think it's very well reasoned and logical. The reason why I am on my rant against the losertarians is because I do not want them to blame others for their very foolish decision to support the party of John Kerry. And I am getting sick and tired of the losertarian fickleness.
I expect the deathocrats to vote against Republicans.
I expect the squishy middle of the roaders to vote either way, depending on the fashions of the day.
I do NOT expect Conservatives to support the deathocrats just to teach the GOP a lesson.
The losertarians do not get involved in the party. They do not go to the primaries. and then when some idiot like Lincoln Chaffee gets nominated, the libertarians freak out and shriek about how they're not being represented. And it never occurs to the little dummies that they should get involved in the party before they whine about it.

I think I know why, MSM and WEAK Republican response, even from their own supporters.
