Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton, says she's "exhausted" from the 2006 campaign and wants to "take some time and get focused on the work ahead of us" before thinking about a possible run for president.
Clinton said with Democrats taking control of both houses of Congress, "Democrats have to produce results."
She promised dozens of supporters at an airport rally in Albany that Democrats will raise the minimum wage and produce energy legislation to cut dependence on foreign oil. She also said Democrats in Congress will adopt the recommendations of the national 9-11 commission.
Clinton's stop in Albany was part of a victory tour of the state. She had stopped earlier today in White Plains to thank supporters.
Senator Clinton says she's pleased that women ran well in the 2006 election and that Nancy Pelosi will become the first woman speaker of the House. Clinton added: "Slowly but surely people are looking and saying, `Well, what do you believe?' not, `What's your hair style?"'

This Crook wrote the Book on "Duckin and Doggin"
She will amaze you with her Stealth Campaign for the next 2 years....
Then UP! She'll POP about 6 Months before the Election...Acting like She is God's Choice and Talkin
Like She alredy has it sown up....The media will Second it
Like good little Boot-lickers...and The Gorgon will ascend the throne.
Hillary! ought to just sit and bask in the light streaming in on her Palace of Power. Why give that up to venture to take a room in a second-rate White House that is going to get blown up by Alqaida anyway?
Oh Puh-leeze. She wants to sit back, let others throw their hat in, watch and gather dirt on them....then use it to either blackmail them to get out of the race, or ruin their chances by airing their dirty laundry.
What will be next?
Healthcare will be up there getting much lip service.
But just to keep it in the same part of the alphabet,
Halliburton will probably take precedence over anything else, but only indirectly, since it will look like a rich target until it is remembered that Clinton used Halliburton as much as anybody else, and in fact interceded on their behalf when they LOST a contract through an unacceptable bid. STILL, it might prove just TOO irresistible to smear Bush with--it would further serve to muddy already muddied waters by making the Bush-Oil-Cheney-Halliburton "connection" one to be held up to scrutiny because there was actual PROFIT made there, albeit only 3%.REMEMBER , the Left doesn't have to PROVE anything, just throw around entirely inconsequential statistics, and discrete factoids, that SOUND sinister (like PROFIT), and their mission is accomplished.
"Madame Hillary persevered through the most trying and exhausting of adversities imaginable -- weary cankles -- to become your Great Leader for Life, blah, blah, blah..."
Snort. She got over 600,000 fewer votes this time around. She's probably off somewhere having a hissy.
Who besides me thinks she will be closeted with a big lawyer to set Bill up for a divorce????
Now would be the time to shed herself of him and gain some more votes from the women who would exault her for doing so.
I cannot stand the phony bitch, but I sure would applaud her for kicking him to the curb.
Would NEVER vote for her, tho.
Does anyone have the video of Hillary being booed during the WTC concert after 911. I gotta have it to share on myspace. I haven't been able to find it.
No matter how many schills in the press, no matter how many reliable pundits, there will come a time when Hitlery must stand at a podium, answer questions from an audience, and spend a year pressing flesh with the great unwashed.
Unlike her affable and charming husband, Hitlery doesn't have what it takes to put up with that for a month, let alone for the length of a presidential campaign.
And her Rat comrades know it.
She does not have a chance in hell of being elected, or even nominated.--angkor
