The thing is, I remember Contract with America. I remember Newt and the time when Republicans actually had a philosophy of what should be going on in this country.
And now, Congress wastes it's time on meaningless border security stuff when really important things like steroid use by baseball players doesn't get anywhere near what it deserves.
