On MS Day in NYC I listened to two guys debate the merits of "free range" versus "farm raised" catfish. One of the guys, a stock broker, had a container of "free range" fedex'ed up for the event.
Catfish sushi isn't served with wasabi. It's served with tabasco.
Well hell, if it ain't served with wasabi, it ain't sushi! They'll just have to come up with some other name for it! ;o)
