That is my recollection, could be wrong, but the GOP house for sure was gearing up to battle the Dems on spending and taxes when Bush 1 caved. I was mad as hell, took the fight out of the entire GOP. But we will never know now what might have been.

President Bush has specifically said, over and over, he does not support an AMNESTY plan.

So what do you call a plan to reward millions of ILLEGAL ALIENS with greater access to America and its financial resources, not to mention an accelerated path to citizenship while other LEGAL immigrants get the shaft?

I'm with you. We cannot stoop to the level of the DUh-ers. We need to support the President, support the party. We need to educate the ignorant (There were appx 33 million this election, I read.) Seriously, we need to do EVERYTHING we can to expose and take down the MSM for their unabashed BIASED reporting. I cannot believe so many people out there were swayed by it--I cannot believe so many people cannot see the blatant bias, but they are (as I said) ignorant.
