Among those believed to be on a White House short list to replace Bolton is former Senate majority leader and prominent Maine Democrat George Mitchell.Unacceptable.

Well, it wasn't like we couldn't see this coming after Rummy resigned yesterday. Guarantee you there are some back room deals going on between the WH and Pelosi. Problem is, the WH has to learn that they can't trust the Dems to keep their end of the bargain.

If the dems are Left to themselves, this is going to be the constant refrain out of DC for the next two years:
Senate Democrats again blocked such a vote Wednesday evening.

Bolton has been wonderful there, but he's wasted on the pitiful U.N.
I'm hopeful that there's bigger and better plans for him.

2 days in and the pattern we all expected starts to emerge. Bolton has been praised by many in the UN itself for his tough but fair approach. what is the reason to let him "die on the vine". The answer, the Dem's cant help themselves, they risk national security for their own need to "show them.". Can any one give me in any specific detail, what Bolton has done to embarrass this country or not meet the needed criteria to do this job?
