He is the legacy of today's CIA. But think about this: his claim to fame is that he rose through the ranks of a government bureaucracy. He's not just mediocre, he excels at it. So, he knows how to glad-hand. He's an inside pole hack. It will do him well COMPROMISING our military for the next budget item perk.
