Stand and Fight?

Well would would have to fight the MSM/DNC, and we aren't allowed to be critical of them.

Only ourselves, we must look deep within and analyze and wait for the new Conservative savior.

Barf.

I see the rats cutting military funding every way they can, just like they did in the 90's. We were doing our best to keep equipment up and running, but repair parts money was scarce.

Tell your son thanks for serving as well.

40 percent turnout is typical for an off year election. Nothing new here.

The blow hard conservatives have done a real good job to date. Why look at the stunning gains in Missouri.

Good luck with that.

It was the squishy-middle of the electorate, the ones who stand for literally NOTHING, that caved in to the "vote for change" crap that was spoon-fed to them by the dinosaur media. They are the ones to blame for this.

The Neo Isolationist "realists" from Bush 1 are back. Prepare to surrender the War on Islamic Fascism for "run away and hide" as our new national stategy.

"..IMO, Rush didn't help with his Michael J. Fox scenario. That was in very poor taste and I expected more from Rush...."

So you would have preferred Rush stand silent and let MJF and the Rats get away with yet another lie?

Yes I do believe the results would have been different.

For example, choosing to pick a fight with MJF at the eleventh hour about stem cell. We went from being in a position of winning the issue, to losing it because (I believe) people rejected (WHAT THEY BELIEVE) "extremist conservatism", as represented by Rush.

We have to get to the point we can disagree about the way we go about things without being shouted down by the conbots all the time.

Ditto to other examples such as bloggers and conservative writers and commentators harping for what seemed weeks on border control, namecalling President Bush, his choice of Harriet Miers, Rumsfeld, talking about not belonging to the Republican party, leaving the party, and so on and on.

The conbots seem to be on offense all the time to the point they aren't able to accept dissent of any kind.

As much as this suxor for us, imagine if you were an Iraqi today. All I can see is that image of the last helicopter taking off from the roof of the American embassy in Nam.

The DNC did not WIn this... the Republicans LOST this...

there is a difference...

are you trying to say that yesterdays election was a mandate...that America really wants the Liberal/Dem agenda?

and the MSM are irrelevent....attacking them just keeps them relevent......

The Republicans LOST this all on their own.....but that is okay-- keep blaming the base... it worked so well for ya'll yesterday.......

Well, the dems and the MSM worked in concert with each other, spewing the same lies daily. Guess that is what it takes to win.

This win was a victory FOR the MSM who subverted all the good news coming out of Iraq and a lefish ideology out of their reports

Yes the vacancy has to be filled. But I don't believe Bush has it in him to put up one conservative judge after another. With the Congress being all Democrat, Bush is a hunted man. Rumsfeld is gone and the Democrats don't even have power until January. The Democrats will go after Bush. All this, "lets just get along" crap is a joke. They'll go at him soon as they can, and the media will under report it to protect them from the November '08 elections.

Appeasement doesn't work.

Never has, never will. Terrorists and Dems...can't appease them. Only defeat!

Elections NEVER have consequences for the MSM/DNC, they still get the last word, and write the script for this country.
