Let me see. The Anti Immigration crowd just fired the ONLY people in DC who were fighting for THEIR side on Immigration.
You think anyone in DC is going to support the 100%ers Anti Immigration crowd now? YOU all just sent DC the wrong message. One of the things they are going to figure is the US House Republican STAND on Immigration COST them votes. Loyalty goes UP and Down the Chain of Command. The Antis have given no one in DC any reason at all to be loyal to them. They have only themselves to blame for this mess.
The Antis made their political bed with their temper tantrums today, they can go lie in it.

Johnnie, we all voted for the Republicans today in our own districts. Please explain how you see that as anyone firing the only people on our side.
As for people being on our side, I'd like to know who that was. For over five and a half years we demanded the border be brought under control. Was it? No.
Today we have some token troops on the border and the illegals have simply moved off into greener routes across the border. I've spoken to a border agent that confirms this.
We are not sending anyone back to Mexico. In fact we are considering a guest worker program and joint border security which is supposed to make travel between nations even easier, while the outer parimeter of three nations becomes our defense.
This doesn't appear as if anyone is on our side here. And frankly, I don't think I deserve some kind of punishment because democrats mustered their base better than our side could. Ask yourself why that was when you get time.
