Here's your main problem: WE are the Republican Party; we're made up of lots of people: (realistic) conservatives and moderates and some even liberal Republicans.
We can put together a large enough group to win because of our varied views.
You cannot because, above all else, you will NEVER compromise.
Who needs who?
And frankly, I think real Republicans are sick and tired of being blackmailed by the likes of you all.
At least you openly admit how much you hate the conservative part of the base. The ones who steered the party around and made it the great party it is today. I have to give you credit for being so open about it.
Looking at it from the outside though, it's obvious that our two views of the party are so different as to make even compromise impossible. Only time will tell who is right, and if you are, I will admit that when the time comes.
