Republican Bob Corker won Senate race in Tennessee over Rep. Harold Ford on Tuesday.
There's still been no concession speech.
Glad that Corker could win. Unfortunately, with we seem to lose MT, MO, and VA, we don't hold the majority anymore...
Talent is losing???
I think/ hope you're right, but another vanity victory announcement?
No - he isn't. But seeing as Democrats tend to huddle in large cities, their votes come together in large blocks late in the night. Such is the case with St. Louis County.
It's going to be a close one.
Montana looks lost.
Fox News says that St. Louis and Kansas City, two big Democratic strongholds, have not reported. Once they report, Talent's lead disappears.
So what? Concessions don't affect the final vote count. They're a polite formality, not a legally binding action.
People said the votes that are not counted yet are from Dims stronghold. And analysis by NRO shows he underperformed in Reps areas.
Ouch.
Okay - I just reloaded the CNN page, and Talent is now losing.
Talent is losing???
Jim Talent (i) Republican 733,550 (50%)
Claire McCaskill Democrat 685,381 (47%)
69% reporting via Fox
I want to see that little weasel admit defeat
Now pray for Steele to pull it out
There's still a significant number of precincts not reported in Republican leaning areas as well, including the west part of St. Louis county (if I'm reading the numbers right). There's probably about an equal number of precincts out there for Republicans and Democrats, but with the city going so heavily Democrat it's going to a nailbiter. I don't have a gut feeling on this anymore.
And now he's back on top.
Keep fighting Talent!
check out the pic on drudge...damn he has some fine looking daughters...i think they are daughters..damn..
Talent won't lose to this dingbat. I have more faith in Mo than in the losers in Pennsylvania that relected Murtha and tossed Santorum. Pathetic. It might as well be Vermont.
Yes, I have been pulling for Steele and praying for good, moral leaders to be elected tonight..
