No - he isn't. But seeing as Democrats tend to huddle in large cities, their votes come together in large blocks late in the night. Such is the case with St. Louis County.

It's going to be a close one.

There's still a significant number of precincts not reported in Republican leaning areas as well, including the west part of St. Louis county (if I'm reading the numbers right). There's probably about an equal number of precincts out there for Republicans and Democrats, but with the city going so heavily Democrat it's going to a nailbiter. I don't have a gut feeling on this anymore.
