No one has given a straight answer as to whether the VA absentees were counted at the same time, or if they are still outstanding. Anyone? Until we know that, all is speculation.
VA has stopped counting for the night....wont know til tomorrow.

Mailed absentee ballots are counted on Election Day in the Central Absentee Precinct (CAP).
Not looking good for Allen. It seems absentee ballots are counted wth the precincts, and I would asume reported in the precinct numbers.
