Yes, because the heavily 'crat districts are counted last. Just like Virginia tonight. Just like Washington in 2004 and 2000.
the Dems have the same gameplan - they hold their districts back, see how many votes they need as others report, and I am convinced they have a method to push fradulent votes through to get the totals they need.
