The biggest winner tonight, that everyone is overlooking is...

The mainstream media.

They have had a profound effect on the populace with their biased reporting and obvious agenda. It will empower them to become even worse. I don't care how the new media is growing. It's what the sheeple watch that makes the difference. And this election can be credited to the influence the MSM has had on America. Period.

I bet even Rush brings this up tomorrow.

well, the so called conservative media is not much better.....Savage is put out there like a convervative icon and yet he has done nothing but bash Bush since the beginning....

I am paranoid enough to think he was put up to do that, bash enough just to diminish the conservative base, and swing the libertarian votes as well.....

and Fox has been sorely dissappointing.....

I mentioned it in an earlier post.

It's the drumbeat of the MSM that caused this travesty of logic and sensibility.

People are just so effing STUPID, it makes me want to forget it all, move to a deserted island and run around naked with the monkeys. I wonder if I could get Carrie Underwood, or Katherine Harris and her horse, to come along? :-)

I so agree. the reason Reps lost tonight is for these reasons:

1. The MSM has had a 24-7 commercial airing for the Democrates for the last few years.

2. The majority of the sheeple are very ignorant.

3. Americans do NOT want too much freedom and the responsibility that comes with that.

The bloggers and Freeper and the internet are NO match for the MSM and the populace' desire for denial of hard truths.

Amen. And this will just embolden them further. Fact is, the Dems are going to be under their direction too and the Reps will be even more afraid of them. Note how McLame plays WITH them because he knows this.

Actually they were "guiding the thinking" of the masses for years but not as blatantly, until GWB came along and they failed for a while. That is why they hate him so much.
