With 12% of the precincts in, Lampson is beating Gibbs according to Fox badly, too. :( Twelve percent is nothing though.
I guess I don't understand it. I'm in Bexar County and the Dems are showing up in the 'special election.' Don't know why it would be different in the 22nd.
