I'm from Missouri. If KC and St. Louis are done reporting, there could be a good chance.

No; I am hearing around 25 seats - Dem majority will be the reciprocal of the current GOP majority -- essentially 230-205.

No, Christians are not idiots but there are a good number who make pretty idiotic decisions when it comes to elections.
And just for the record, I've been a Christian for over 20 years.

So 'disgusted conservatives' result in leftist traitors controlling Congress?
So 'Iraq looks like a mistake' results in abandoning our troops to military hating liberals?
And this makes SENSE to you?? Are you defending this??

We have always known that the American public opinion was the vulnerable center of gravity in this fight. Last time it took ~3000 dead to give us a 5 year offensive against our enemies before sloth and media misinformation caused it to culminate. I pray that the butcher's bill for the next offensive will not makes us weep as we have never wept before.

Wrong...try 4 or 5...Glenn Beck gets more listeners and I think G.Gordon Liddy does too.

But it will all be filtered through the MSM and they'll do their best to frame the bad news positively. The sheeple won't figure it out for years, if ever.

Boy you really did a great job appealing to libertarians and moderates.....I think big govrnment social engineering by either the right or left has been truly rejected.

"it's only three provinces in the middle of Iraq that are causing problems. The rest of the country is pacified."
To those of us than can usually be counted on to think logically (not those that voted dem today), that is good news. To the dem voters, that says "three lousy provinces and our vaunted military cannot pacify them?"
I know whereof I speak about these voters, they infest my family. I know them well. They are sometimes fickle and usually can be counted on to vote for whomever is out of power "just to send a message" to the incumbents.
