We will have an excellent opportunity to regain the House in 2008, particularly if we have a strong presidential candidate, because a number of these freshmen RATS will be vulnerable to the RAT leadership overplaying their hand.

They need a 2/3rds majority in the Senate to convict, not simply a majority.
