Shelley Sekula Gibbs is running for Tom Delay's seat as a write in candidate. Right now she is behind, but to be close to the front runner as a write in is amazing. The Democrats spent several thousand dollars advertizing among conservative Republicans to encourage them to write in in favor of another Republican conservative in order to dilute Sekula Gibbs votes. So far it doesn't look like it helped them at all.
He is such a vapid nothing. He will do what he is told to do. He is like Kohl from my home state of Wisconsin. Just a nothing, dumb.

Agh, Casey 82 percent and Santorum has 18%...the vote totals are weird too... Santorum has 232 votes, Casey has over 2,000.
PA Freepers did their duty. We just can't overcome Philly and suburbs and NE PA which is becoming a bastion of north Jersey transplants.
Santorum is terrific - I hope a high level Cabinet position awaits him.

No way. Santorum isn't going to have a political base from which to run now that he's lost this seat.
We were bitching that Fox called NJ for Menendez with so little vote in. In about two minutes, they pulled back the call.
Cn is a LOST seat. We shall see who he caucuses with. It may be the Dims, but it may not be.
