I hate to say it will probably take another terrible wake up call I believe that it will take two more major attacks on our country to get us to lose the PC, religion of peace horse-s**t.
Sad to say, this will be the case regardless of whether Dems or Reps are in power.

Some bad GA news from SOS website: Ga 8 and 12 now holding Dem, 2 percent leads with 90 percent in. We needed one or two of those to pickup.
House is toast, Senate is dangling. If Allen, Talent, or Corker lose, tonight is a total bloodbath.

We told you that the GOP reactions to the illegal immigrant marches this spring would depress the base and it did.You mean the GOP "Blackmail Voters?" Agree with me or I'll stay home?
I have no use for people who put their one issue about what's best for the country.
You're gonna LOVE what the Democrats do for you.

The house will be the bane of our existence for the next 8-10 yearsNo it won't, because after the next census you'll see those blue states losing seats like crazy and the red states gaining them.

We lost because the majority of the American people do not support the current Republican agenda and leadership. But why is that? Do you think it has anything to do with the way the Republican agenda is reported? Most people get their info from media soundbites -- all it has been since Bush took office is doom and gloom.
To: Vicomte13
We did not lose tonight because of election fraud by Democrats. Fraud may be a part in some races, but over all you are right.
If the GOP is going to survive, the whining stops tomorrow. Friday we must start planning the strategy.

From this thread...
Mark Steyn on the results...
Right now, this isn't a Dem landslide but a conventional Year Six election with an underperforming opposition party.
I'd say that's the best take I've seen. Especially if turnouts weren't high.
