What I have seen here, even at the gun range, is a lot of old vets remember what happened in Vietnam, and quite a few of the younger guys see it happening in Iraq.

That made my gut turn over. Damn.

That is why illegal immigration doesn't even show up on the exit poll issues, the people that care about it, and there are tons, stayed home.

Good work! Now you can show Karl Rove who's boss and work with Nancy Pelosi to get "comprehensive immigration reform" (aka voter fraud in favor of dimocrats for the next 50 years!)

Guess what!? 12 million immigrants didn't show up overnight. They've been here since before Reagan's amnesty. Your 'critical' political issue didn't "depress the base" in 2004, but yet, suddenly it's worth handing over the keys to Nancy?

You're psychotic!

People wonder why the GOP has consistently been labeled "the stupid party."

Ohio and Missouri passed the Minimum Wage law?

Good god.

Yes. "I'm a Buckeye, but you can call me comrade."

Guys, we need to look at this all from a historical perspective. This is actually not a bad result for a President starting his 6th year. If we keep the Senate, it's actually a historically pretty good result.

Say that in January, after the semi auto ban and tax hikes. Say it when the impeachment starts.

I've seen exactly the same thing - only now, the stakes are much higher, which is why I plan on spending much more time at the gun range myself.

"I propose we force freedom on these maniacs so that the people they live with and break bread with are too busy making money and inventing things and trading with US to have the time to bother with killing you."

You can't FORCE freedom on someone."

That's a nice bumper sticker, and perhaps there's some level of validity to it, but we forced freedom on Japan, ...and Germany, ...and Italy.

If anyone wants to identify the enemy, it is ALL OF US, me too. If we agreed to support a candidate who dissed the President on the war, we are ALL to blame. If we allowed a Republican to call for Rumsfeld's removal, it is ALL OF US. We forgot Reagan's 11th commandment. We forgot that it is not just the soldiers who are at war. We let this happen, and for two years, we will be lost in the wilderness until we repent. Sorry for the drama, but this is what I believe. I am asking everyone of you to stop the finger pointing, unless you are pointing that finger back at yourself. We lost tonight. Whether we lose again, is completely up to us. It is going to hurt for awhile, so I suggest you invest in some good DVDs. I recommend Battlestar Galactica and Deadwood, but anything will do. Dont let the MSM bring you down. In two years from now, when we send those liberal bastards back to the back of the bus, we will remember this moment as a bump in the road.

Goodnight, everyone.

no focus, I want a true news network.

This selective reporting is pointless.

NOT ONE REPORTER KNOWS ANYTHING ABOUT ABSENTEE BALLOTS OR IF THEY HAVE BEEN COUNTED.

What happens when their predictions get overturned?

Media is not calling Tennessee because they are waiting for Burns to lose Montana and say momentum continues for the Rats. If they called Tennessee, then they're forced to admit that GOP keeps the Senate regardless of what happens in Montana.

Why is the media not calling Tennessee????

Probably because of Memphis. Lots of corrupt things happen there.

Agreed. I'm only 36 but have learned the same lesson. You win some and you lose some. In the end, everything will work out as planned, even if we don't know the reasons immediately.

My little one is sitting on my lap, warm in his pajamas with freshly scrubbed hair. Nothing could be more perfect than that. Everything will be okay.

"Why do 'scandals' only happen to Republicans, while that Jefferson guy sits fat and happy in Louisiana."

Simple.
Democrats do not vote against people because of their personal morality.
Republicans do.

Ergo: Clinton holds onto the White House despite being caught in flagrante delicto.
But the Republican Speaker-to-be-of-the-House resigned because his extra-marital affair was going to be revealed, and the Republicans were going to lynch him for it.

That's why.

Two years of flakey Speaker Pelosi will be the gift that keeps on giving for Republicans.
