A buddy of mine was watching poles in Wisconsin. Republican turn out is big! Very under the radar fact: black turn out is low. Black leadership has not encouraged turn out, the governor has not demonstrated interest in helping blacks by extending school choice.

FNC just said their call for Cardin had nothing to do with the exit polls. Fox's call had EVERYTHING to do with CNN's call which WAS based on exit polls.
