Algore's cynical (almost criminal) challenge of the 2000 election may very well have been the watershed moment signaling the beginning of the end of our Republic. I hope not but we will just have to wait and see.I do think it was nearly criminal and it was probably one of the most selfish acts ever. For a man to put his own political fortunes over the good of the country--thank the Lord Gore never became the Commander in Chief.
We can see that GW hasn't done that...he's been raked over the coals for trying to do the right thing.

Yes, but i just saw the 1% precincts reports and it shows Steele leading! WTF???

Does that really work. My cup would explode in my hands. No tension taming for me. Yeah it works pretty well. This is nothing compared to how I felt in 2000.

CNN called for Cardin right before Fox did. I think the "Voter's News Service" may be undergoing a resurrection.

SOS?
I've been using FNC's online return tracker. I just closed the tab, since they just jumped the damn shark.

Cardin is trailing Steele 44% to 55% with just 1% of precints in, and Fox just called Cardin the winner too.

Yes, they are, and they've done this every election cycle and yet people don't seem to learn from it. The calls are NOT always accurate. In fact, lately they've not been very accurate at all. People get all bent out of shape and start yelling at each other when it's far too early to say much of anything.

Losing the House means Amnesty on a massive scale and the end of the Republic in our lifetimes.
