I think the rural precincts in VA may be reporting now, because on the VA Sec. of State site I see that 43% of precincts have reported, containing 21% of the voters. Rural precincts, I assume, have less voters than urban ones.

Really-I thought that Haywood county was Republican. McDowell and Yancey are both heavily Democrat (though Yancey is small and cancelled out by Madison). Where do you live (I am in Burke county in McHenry's district)? Also, I think that Rutherford county will turn out Republican in NC-11.
