I remember after one of the first Bush tax cuts, Taft raised our state taxes. I paid less in Fed, more in State and things kinda washed out.

Just heard that Northrup's loss is getting wider. Fred Barnes says this is not good, as she won last election with over 60% of the vote. A very bad sign of things to come.
To: comebacknewt
Lewis even in Kentucky with a lot of votes in, if I saw it right.

I saw that too. Howard county didn't help him either. Makes me sad to call Kokomo my home. Dark days ahead for us here in Central Indiana.

"St Joseph, for example, a big one, down from 50% to 35%. Bad sign."
We don't know what part of St. Joseph has come in (only 44% of its precincts have). If it's South Bend that has come in, Chocola is doing fine. Let's wait a while before calling it for Donnelly.

All races that are close - including Northup - we can pull it out once absentees are counted, right?

You do realize over 70 percent of the vote is in with Northrup not gaining ground?
Now, tell me why she will win for sure.
