It is proper that we acknowledge the overwhelming weight of international opinion against the juvenile death penalty. It is only proper that you put a sock in it.

India probably leans red now, due to their experiences in dealing with muslim terrorists. Ditto for the Philippines. And Canada's government leans red while the populace leans blue. Although the prairies and western provinces are red, but the large population provinces of Ontario and Quebec are not. And Denmark is trending more red thanks to the reaction from the Jyllands-Posten cartoon controversy.

"Enlightened Supreme Court Justice Kennedy"?
Pardon me, but Justice Kennedy's job is to interpret how laws fit into the US constitution not taking into account intl law on a given issue.
Kennedy is sworn to uphold the US Constitution as written, not as he would like to see it written.

We must not suffer fools in our midst at times like these.
Or for that matter, at any time.
We owe it to our fellow citizens and our dear country to act responsibly and ignore silly distractions.
