I asked sis whether she was going to toast her pumpkin seeds from her Halloween pumpkins and now I can't remember what she said. If she said she might, I bet she doesn't know how labor intensive they are.
Think I'll take a pass on making my own unless I get really, really bored.
True - most people don't bother - especially from a huge jack-o-lantern pumpkin! Mine are teeny little 3-lb sugar punkins - still lotsa seeds, but not like those biggies.
But people like them whole, too. I just don't.
