I think I am saving up all my cooking for Thanksgiving. Doing a turkey and a prime rib for the family, plus doing the stuffing from scratch and probably 2 pies For some unknown strange reason .. I volunteered to do Thanksgiving dinner at my house this year ... for 24 people
Anyone have a good recipe for stuffing??

Do you have a Luby's Cafeteria close to you? Their cornbread stuffing is the best.

Very moist. Use the broth from the gizzards/neck cooked with onion, carrots, celery (mashed) and olive oil, some Smart Balance, butter buds, Bell's seasoning, salt, pepper. Cook in covered casserole (altho I use the micro) ........ YUMM.
