BAGHDAD, Iraq - Iraq's prime minister on Saturday urged his countrymen to accept the impending verdict against Saddam Hussein without violence, then in the next breath declared the former dictator must get "what he deserves" with the decision that could send him to the gallows.
PMSNBC Moronica - "Is it clear to the people on the ground there that the timing of this was politically motivated, to help Republicans here in the US?"
Quote: The ousted president, visibly shaken, shouted out "Allahu Akbar!" (God is Greatest) and "Long live the nation!".
It takes a while to organize a spontaneous riot.
It's a quiet riot.
"Show me just what Mohammed brought that was new, and there you will find things only evil and inhuman, such as his command to spread by the sword the faith he preached." -Manuel II Paleologus
Kick out the Communist and hang the terrorist. So far, this court has been doing good.
bttt
We saw the kick-out over here, but with correspondents talking over it on all the news channels. Did you hear any portion of what Clark said? If so.... what?
I like to see Rats and liberal media going mad.
They will probably say something about the execution should not be carried out until all US troops are out of Iraq, to avoid all appearance of of undue influence on the verdict.
PMSNBC Moronica - shaking her head, "will the people in the middle east accept any legitimacy for this process?", questioning Saddam author Colin (Something, forget his last name)
Ummm... that is exactly what is happening, unfortunately, you are the enemy!
Don't any of you people ever sleep?
What about the appeal?
History will prove these morons as wrong as Chamberlain and Joseph Kennedy in WWII but until then we have to live with these brainless, soulless people in our own country. And they write for all our mainstream media. It is inconceivable that they think Saddam is their friend and Bush their enemy. Try working for either man's administration for a week. They'd be eating their vile little words. (Or dead.)
Nope....my bet is around Christmas; at the latest...maybe New Year's Day.
NOT on a historic night like this!!!!
