Virtually every former terrorist or true moderate muslim I've seen has said.."If we don't fight them there, we will fight them here".
Really it's a choice between allowing soldiers who volunteer to risk their lives there. Or there's the other option of allowing citizens risk their lives without choice here in resturaunts, on busses and trains, in schools, and on the streets.
Not sure if you're for real or are a disruptor, but we'd all like our soldiers to be home. They must stay until the job is done, as other posters have said quite eloquently, which may be a good long while.
Simple question and a simple answer. The islamic-fascists and terrorists don't want the war to end. They don't want it to end until our way of life is gone and we are ruled by them.
How soon many have forgotten 9/11.
We'll probably start bringing them home in 2012, and finish bringing the last one home around 2025.
