Federal government set up Web site -- Operation Iraqi Freedom Document Portal -- to make public a vast archive of Iraqi documents captured during the war; detailed accounts of Iraq's secret nuclear research; a 'basic guide to building an atom bomb'... Officials of the International Atomic Energy Agency fear the information could help Iran develop nuclear arms... contain charts, diagrams, equations and lengthy narratives about bomb building that the nuclear experts say go beyond what is available elsewhere on the Internet and in other public forums...
Website now shut... Developing...

Oh yeah, the Iraqis were so competent. They had all the plans to make the perfect nuclear bomb and Iran took them and copied them.
Wow, the NY Times really is desperate. What a yawner. I am sure they put this up to get Kerry off the frontpage.

I thought Iraq had no weapons program, so how could this help Iran?? Excellent point. That kinda blows the whole "Bush lied" nonsense out of the water.

Let me get this straight.
Iraq had a nuclear program. The Bush Administration could have posted the details on their website for political gain, but chose not to for the safety and security of Americans.
