Well it can't be that we "didn't find anything" because that's old news. So, I suspect it is either:
(1) An article about how the Bush administration allegedly covered up information that Iraq didn't have a program.
or
(2) An article about new revelations that Iraq was closer than previously reported.

So, I suspect it is either: (1) An article about how the Bush administration allegedly covered up information that Iraq didn't have a program. or (2) An article about new revelations that Iraq was closer than previously reported.It's got to be something along the lines of (1) -- Bush knew they didn't have nukes but left the threat of nukes in as one of the reasons for invading. But it does seem old news.
