There has never been an American army as violent and murderous as the one in Iraq

Uh, I've never heard of an army that's not violent. There are these things called guns that soldiers have to use in these things called wars. And speaking of murderous, it's the libs who are a million times more murderous with their pro-death policies. I use the word "million" literally, not figuratively.

“The bad news,” investigative reporter Seymour Hersh told a Montreal audience last Wednesday, “is that there are 816 days left in the reign of King George II of America.” The good news? “When we wake up tomorrow morning, there will be one less day.”

And one day closer to the rule of Jeb I. (I hope Hersh read that and felt a heart flutter.)

It is good to know that our military now exceeds all others (in history!) in its ability to inflict violence. Rumsfeld deserves kudos.

As for the rest - this clown is something of a living fossil. Most of his comrades have passed on to lesser and worse things. His ramblings are on a par with listening to recordings on the old 78's grandma used to play on the wind-up Victrola. They are quaint but rather scratchy and filled with meaningless static.

It's sad to think that American soldiers are putting their lives and limbs on the line to protect and defend this sorry excuse for a human being. He sounds like an apostle of Soros/Chompsky.

Specifically, one of Hersh's dramatic allegations made during a speaking engagement in July 2004, during the height of the Abu Ghraib scandal, was later amended by Hersh. He alleged that American troops sexually assaulted young boys: "basically what happened is that those women who were arrested with young boys, children, in cases that have been recorded, the boys were sodomized, with the cameras rolling, and the worst above all of them is the soundtrack of the boys shrieking. That your government has. They’re in total terror it’s going to come out.” [16] In a subsequent interview with New York Magazine, Hersh admitted, "I actually didn’t quite say what I wanted to say correctly...it wasn’t that inaccurate, but it was misstated. The next thing I know, it was all over the blogs. And I just realized then, the power of—and so you have to try and be more careful." [17]

“If you read the public statements of the leadership, they’re so confident and so calm…. It’s pretty scary.”

Thats what happens when a person knows their mission is True and Just and that they have acted from not only the heart but the head.

Calm cool confident leadership and the most effective military in the world.

If the restrained use of force , gives ole hersh such a scare he should truly be in shock when we finally unleash the boys to do whats comming. It wont be pretty but it will damn sure be affective.
