I suppoose $50,000,000 is no big deal to someone for whom "roughing it" means cutting back one's Hamptons vacation, but it is a big deal to normal people.
I certainly hope you're not referring to me--the guy who takes public transit to work and drives a 10 year old Ford with a dent in the door....
What percentage of the total budget for the DH&HS does that $50 million make up, bud? Any idea?
