hmmmm...is this an attempt for the government to legislate morality? since when has this been a governmental concern?

Since the day that the government decided it was a good thing to teach other people's children how to put condoms on bananas and that sodomy is good.

If the gov't refuses to be neutral on the issue (ie, not talk about sex at all), better that they at least take the morally proper position.

It's better that the government take no position at all in any role involving people's daily lives. No matter what side of the issue the government is on, they're wrong because they are performing duties out of the realm of their responsibility.
