Did Brian and Brit say it. I heard the Beltway Boys speculate on Saturday that Tony should run for public office.

I'm completely behind that idea. Tony is so much more articulate than the average elected Republican, and I think it's because he's smarter. :-)

Besides his health history, the big problem I can see is that he has never held elective office.

I think Tony could go straight into a Senate seat...I don't know when Warner's up, but he's getting up there...it would be better if he ran for Governor somewhere. And somewhere, I suspect his wife has a veto...Still he'd be a Great VP and then in line for the Big Job...

I am on C-SPAN2, and I want to tell you why Fox isn't carrying this.

Before I changed channels, Fox was running this headline : "Madonna responds to her critics at 10:45."

I rolled my eyes and switched to C-SPAN2.

I believe I heard it on Special Report, when Brit was moderating...what I'm not sure whether it was Brian or Major Garrett....they were speculating whether Tony would come back to media or go do it "for real"...Podium's up!

Unreal. I'm on the webcast, (they've just opened the microphones into the press room.) I was just missing the old Tony Snow bumper music from his radio show.

FNC has gotten so bad, that I'm not sure if I'm even going to be able to watch Hume's show for the next week. Mort and Moira last night were able to go on and on unchallenged, and I'm going to remember that Fred keeps insisting that the Republicans are going to lose the house. These people need to be held accountable for their punditry.

The seminar caller faux Republican was preceded by a democrat who wanted to know why if President Bush is a Christian he wants to respond with violence to everything, including persecuting his detractors, torturing people, and having them killed.

Thank goodness Tony is now up! I couldn't take many more of those calls!
