Active Duty Troops Send Messages to Congress Opposing War in Iraq
Oct. 27, 2006 They are not pacifists. They don't represent a political party and you won't see them in an anti-war rally. Most say they are proud Americans. They are proud to serve and wear the uniform of the United States military. But they are against the war in Iraq, and they are speaking out about it.

I think I read the other day that Veterans for Peace..and the group that Cindy Sheehan is a part of is also in there somewhere.
Personally, I would bet SOROS is behind it.

I saw Judge Napalitano on with John Gibson yesterday..and he said it is 'legal' for them to do this...even under the UCMJ..

This same "judge" was the one screeching that the patriot act was unconstitutional. He's a dolt and he looks like the wolfman, so I pay no attention to his opinions. It is not legal to undermine the war effort as an active duty soldier. Patton would have shot them.

Well, I may disagree with them but as uniformed servicemen they are entitled to their own opinions as long as they obey orders.
And I respect their opinions a lot more than the opinions of a bunch of keyboard-punching neocon chickenhawks.
Courtmartial them? Is this board full of liberals who must crush anyone who disagrees with them?

I don't believe this for a minute...our troops wouldn't be so willing to sign up and fight and go back and do another tour if they thought it was worthless....
Just some more rat crap.....

Last time I looked it was against the UCMJ for soldiers to offer political statements.

"non partisan my F'n ass"
This is a blatant violation of the UCMJ. The so-called whistleblower act only protects communication between servicemen and their congressmen. It does NOT protect them when they're doing a concerted, public campaign undermine national policy. That's insubordination as least, and treason at worst. Regardless, there needs to be brig time and the Big Chicken Dinner for whoever takes part in this website.

O.K., here's how this can blow up in the faces of the MSM and the Dems.
The Prez needs to call a press conference (like Ron Reagan did during the Air Traffic Controller strike in 1981)and inform the public that there is a minute minority of American soldiers being manipulated by the media and Democratic Party to undermine our nation and Commander in Chief in time of war. And, those found responsible for organizing, or exploiting, this effort will be dealt with as treasonous.
Whatever his faults, George W. Bush is NOT a panty-waist. Let's take the gloves off; last man left standing wins.

Another Fenton Communications production.
The story here isn't the soldiers. It's the people behind them.
