This kind of policy reeks of revisionism to me. I wouldn't have complained a whit if the College opened a new multi-faith chapel, but to try to remove Christian symbols from a historically-Christian room is disturbing.

I'm afraid I can't answer that question. The decision was not mine. The thing is that the cross will be brought in when Christian services are held. At other times it will not. That was the decision. It was not my decision. I'm merely trying to explain why it might have been made.
I guess asking the person who made it would get a clearer answer.
