He is lucky she did not bring the knife Actually if it was a 10" cast iron skillet, it might have been more immediately deadly than a knife, in most people's hands anyway. You could get your skull crushed in, which is a lot harder to repair, especially quickly, than most cuts or stab wounds.
Now if she'd had a machete, that might be a different matter, they don't yet have much success at reattaching heads.
